Can I combine my points with other discounts?

When you redeem points, our system will issue you a discount code for the amount of the reward.

The reward discount cannot be combined with any other discount.

So, sometimes, it makes sense to save the points for a larger reward.

My reward discount isn't applying. Can you help?

If you encounter this issue, try to use the copy and paste function on your device.

The capital letter "i", lower case letter "L", and the number "one" all look very similar. This confusion also happens with the letter "O" and the number "zero".

Note that while the code has all capital letters and numbers, it is not case sensitive when you type it in to apply the code.

I've ordered before and should have an account, but when I try to login or reset my password, it says "No account found with that email."

All your points are associated with and accrue to the email address you place your orders with whether or not you've fully setup your account.

The "No account found" occurs if you haven't "officially" set up your account yet even if you have aready ordered and earned points.

Here's what you'll need to do:

1. Go to the "Create Account" page to finish setting up your account and set a password.

2. Once you officially "create" your account, make sure to check your email for an activation link. The activation email frequently ends up in promotion and spam folders for some reason - So, make sure to check there if you don't see the activation email.

I've redeemed points, but didn't use them. Can I cancel that redemption and get the points back?

Certainly. This is a manual process, but we'll be happy to do this for you. Just send us an email at support@earlybirdcbd.com and we'll make it happen.

I only see one redemption option. Are there more?

Yes. There are 4 redemption options for up to $100.00 off. On mobile devices you will need to swipe to the left on the redemption option to scroll through the available reward options.
