I want to earn points, how do I join?
All you have to do is create an account on our website and you can start earning points. In fact, you will earn your first points just by signing up for an account.
How do I earn points?
The best thing about our program is that you can earn points in so many different way. In addition to the traditional way of earning points by making purchases, you can earn bonus points for referring a friend and various other actions. Check out all the ways to earn points on the "Earn Points" tab, and make sure you check back in as we may add some new ways to earn.
What can I redeem My Points for?
There are several ways to use put your points to work. Visit the "Get Rewards" tab for the current ways to redeem your points. Keep in mind the ways to redeem points can change, so check back to see the best ways to redeem.
How do I redeem My Points?
It's easy to redeem your points, just head over to the "Get Rewards" tab and click on an option.
Where can I see how many points I have?
At the top of the rewards popup is the points you have. Peer up to the top to see how much is in your points bank.
What does it cost to start earning points?
The Earlybird Rewards program is completely FREE! Just sign up and you will start earning points.
How do I enroll or register in specific promotions?
Once you are signed up for the Earlybird Rewards, there is nothing else you have to do for promotions except fulfill the specific actions for the promotion and your points will be added to your account.
How long does it take for points to be credited to my account?
Your points should appear as soon as you fulfill the requirements of earning them!
Is there an expiration date for my points
Nope! Your points do not expire.
What If I make a return, what happens to my points?
If you make a return, you will lose the points you earned for that purchase. Essentially it is just like you never made the purchase in the first place. For example if you earn 500 points for a purchase and that purchase is returned, you don't get to keep your points for that purchase. You return the product and the points, we return your money.

Is there a way to purchase extra points?
Unfortunately, we are unable to sell extra points at this time.
How can I stop receiving promotional emails?
You may receive some promotional emails from time to time. If you would like to stop receiving the Earlybird specials, just click the "unsubscribe" on the next email you receive, but don't say we didn't warn you that you may experience some FOMO from doing so.
